Vital POS Product Launch












ABOUT THIS PROJECT
THE BRIEF
Successfully launched the cloud-based Vital POS product line, designed to offer merchants much more than payment acceptance — enabling them to manage their entire business through the platform. With streamlined solutions for tasks like inventory, time and attendance, and reporting, Vital provides an all-in-one approach. The suite features three hardware options: Vital Select (countertop/register), Vital Plus (handheld), and Vital Mobile (mobile solution). The campaign aimed to create a comprehensive set of marketing materials to support both internal teams and external sales partners in promoting Vital in 2019. Positioned as a direct competitor to rapidly growing products like Clover and Square, Vital POS is poised to make a strong impact in the payment marketplace.
THE SOLUTION
My team collaborated closely with the product, copy, and development teams to produce all the necessary marketing materials for the Vital POS launch. This six-month initiative spanned both print and digital platforms, including product slicks, FAQs, direct mail, landing pages, social media, web and print ads, product setup guides, welcome kits, in-bank signage, and email marketing. We also partnered with external vendors for lifestyle photography and initial website design and development, while our internal team handled all product photography on white backgrounds to maintain a clean, cohesive aesthetic. The overarching headline, "The Seriously Smart Point of Sale," encapsulated the entire Vital suite, while individual product messaging—"Business on the go," "Run your business better," and "Do more for your customers"—highlighted key merchant benefits. The campaign design balanced TSYS’s corporate branding with a futuristic, high-tech feel, using ample white space to spotlight strong photography and impactful messaging, giving the look a sleek, modern tone to position Vital as the next-generation payment solution.
