TSYS “Turtle” Health Campaign

ABOUT THIS PROJECT

THE BRIEF

Develop a direct mail campaign targeted at potential integrated and non-integrated health partners to encourage them to start processing payments with TSYS. The campaign will include a self-mailer, postcard, letter/envelope, sales slick, web and print ads, an email drip campaign, and a dedicated landing page. One of the main pain points for healthcare practices is the perception that switching payment providers is too complicated or time-consuming. Our message will focus on how TSYS makes it simple to begin processing payments through their existing practice management software, eliminating the hassle of switching. Additionally, we will highlight the benefits of recurring payments, card-on-file storage, and the ability to accept online payments—features that streamline practice operations and improve efficiency.

THE SOLUTION

The concept of using a turtle on its back is a standout visual in an industry typically known for its conservative approach. We aimed to break through the noise and capture the attention of office managers, who are usually overwhelmed with direct mail. By tapping into the chaos and busyness of health practices, we wanted to show how our products could alleviate their workload, streamline operations, and help them get paid faster. The turtle symbolizes the office manager, feeling overwhelmed, and the message is that TSYS is there to flip things around and provide the necessary support.

The result was a successful campaign, with November’s direct mail generating 9 signed deals and an estimated ROI of $32K.
