About This Project
The Brief
The goal for the corporate website was three fold — simplify online content and navigation for an improved user experience; reflect and evolve the corporate brand; create a modern, user-centered online experience that caters to customers and partners that helps drive leads and foster industry knowledge.
The Solution
In collaboration with the corporate marketing and UX teams, I helped lead the art direction and information architecture of the site. With a focus on the Merchant Services section of the website, we developed and designed secondary and tertiary templates and worked with my copy team to develop ongoing blog content to keep the site relevant and fresh.
Target Audience
Small- and medium-sized business merchants as well as partners in the health, software, bank and agent verticals.
